The rooms had nice views of the Bay and were recently refurbished, making them family-friendly. the staff were lively and efficient, which was a great plus. the hotel's location is good and has the best even in the Casino. Lady M for coffee and treats was just a 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel.

I recently stayed at The Venetian in Macau for a few days and it was a fantastic experience. The rooms were incredibly spacious and comfortable, with two TV sets, a table with chairs, and a desk. The bathroom was also huge and had a great makeup desk. The hotel's proximity to the Venetian canals allowed me to visit after the crowds had dispersed, giving me a more peaceful experience. The pool attendants were attentive, constantly serving fresh water with lemon. The customer service was also excellent, with the staff being very courteous and accommodating.
Totally recommend this hotel.

Located conveniently in the city center, this hotel provides easy access to the nearby casino and karaoke facilities. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a desk that includes a multiple charging station for electronic devices. Additionally, the hotel is situated in the vibrant Cotai area, offering a variety of activities for guests to enjoy apart from gambling in the hotels.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Macau. The hotel rooms were spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service, accommodating our last-minute request to have all three rooms on the same floor. They were also considerate in assigning a room closest to the lift for our elderly guest. The bed was very big and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a pool that was clean and enjoyable. The breakfast served was delicious and we appreciated the option of complimentary late check-out. Additionally, the hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to food, shopping, and entertainment. We were impressed with the free shuttle service to and from the ferry and airport. The hotel also offered a choice between free and paid wifi, which was great. it was an excellent value for the rate we paid.
Nothing that we didn't like.

Spent a great new year in this huge hotel which had amazingly big and spacious rooms, equipped with two TVs and comfy beds. Also, the complementary fruit platters and bottles of water offered were refreshing after a long day of exploring the central location that let us enjoy terrific views of the city skyline. Managed to do some shopping and had quick access to great restaurants within the complex.
The only thing we didn't like was the fact that it took us a while to get our bearings around the hotel - you get lost quite often and the maps provided were not much help. Also, it was a bummer that my underage girlfriend wasn't allowed into the casino, which meant we had to walk even more to get to her.

Our stay at this hotel was pure luxury. the exclusive amenities in the spacious room exceeded our expectations. the room advantages were fantastic, with a private facilities area that made us feel like VIPs. the service from the staff was impeccable, always friendly and approachable. the outdoor swimming pool and garden area were a peaceful oasis in the bustling city.
We only encountered one minor issue during our stay, and it was a lack of variety in the drinks available at the bar. However, this wasn't a significant problem as we found similar issues at other locations in the area.
